Accepting Applications for Front Desk Guest Service Agent (La Quinta Houston East at Sheldon Rd) (I-10 at Sheldon Rd)
We are looking for an energetic and friendly team member with customer service. Experience is required. The position is full time. Able to work all shift, 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm or 11pm - 7am, also including weekends and holidays.
Respond to guest needs, special request, and complaints as needed. Smile, acknowledge, and greet guest at front desk. Be available to work a flexible schedule, assist other employees in various assignments.
You must have good computer skills, be able to handle all types of guests, friendly and rude. Always present a friendly, outgoing, interactive, and energetic guest service oriented attitude. We are located on I-10 at Sheldon Rd. Experience is required. Please email resume to lq6802gm@laquinta.com.
